How to find the top gifters supporting your hosts

Updated October 16, 2026

Most of a TikTok LIVE host's diamonds usually come from a small group of viewers. Knowing who they are — and whether they also gift to other creators — helps an agency protect its hosts' income and spot risk early. This guide shows where Toktik shows a host's top gifters, how to read the whale board and a gifter's history, how to be alerted when a gifter appears, and why every gifter figure is a minimum.

What a gifter figure on Toktik is

Toktik reads the gifts sent in the LIVE rooms it polls: the rooms of creators that customers watch, plus the creators live on TikTok's current boards. A gifter's number is the diamonds Toktik observed them send in those rooms within the window you choose. It is a lower bound — never a person's total TikTok spend — because a gifter can be just as generous in rooms Toktik does not reach.

Revenue and Earnings next to a gifter are estimates derived from those observed diamonds (about $0.01 of gift value per diamond, about half of that for the creator after TikTok's cut). They are not settled payouts. Some gifters hide their name on TikTok; Toktik keeps them hidden and shows Handle hidden or Anonymous gifter.

Step 1: open a host's top gifters

Open any host or creator — from your Roster, the Creators tab in Watchlists, Recruit or Gifters — and the profile shows Top gifters. Choose the window (24h, 7d or 30d), or Live now to rank the gifters of the current LIVE the way TikTok's in-room list does. Each row shows the coins Toktik saw that gifter send to this creator and their share of the total (Coins · share), how many sessions, and when they were last seen; the footer says it plainly: Observed · a lower bound.

How many gifters you see depends on your plan: Free and Starter show a creator's top three, Pro and above show every gifter Toktik observed. The panel also says how many days of the window Toktik has been recording the creator, so a host added last week does not look as if their gifters vanished.

  • One gifter with a large share: the host depends on that relationship. Treat it as a risk to manage, not a number to celebrate.
  • Several gifters with similar shares: a broader audience, and a host who is less exposed to one person leaving.
  • A gifter seen in every session: a regular worth knowing by name — through the host, not directly.

Step 2: read the whale board

Gifters (under Products) is Toktik's board of every gifter it observed, by region and window — Today (since each region's Daily reset), Last 7 days or Last 30 days. Segments sort gifters by what Toktik saw: Whale (100,000 or more observed diamonds in the window), Rising (first seen within the last 14 days and already gifting across several sessions), Regular, One-time (seen in a single session) and Dormant (no observed gifting for 30 days). The KPIs above the board count Whales and New whales first seen this week.

For an agency, the useful question is not who the biggest whale in the country is, but which whales already gift to your hosts — and which gift to creators you might recruit. The Room column shows where a gifter is gifting now or gave last.

Step 3: follow one gifter across creators

Click a gifter to open their history: every creator they were observed giving to in the window, with a Funding split. Concentrated means nearly all of their observed gifting went to one creator; otherwise the split says across how many creators it is spread. Sort the funded creators by Diamonds, Last gift or Live first.

This is the view that answers loyalty questions. A gifter whose split is concentrated on your host is part of that host's core audience. A gifter who spreads gifts across many rooms may follow the most active LIVEs rather than one creator. Treat both as observations from the rooms Toktik watches, not as a full picture of the person.

Step 4: get alerted when a gifter appears

Watch gifter adds a gifter to your gifter watchlist (Watchlists → Gifters), which is part of the Pro Gifter capability: up to 10 gifters on Pro, 30 on Scale and 100 on Agency. You can add any TikTok @handle, even one Toktik has never seen gift. When a listed gifter is gifting in a LIVE Toktik covers, an alert fires once per live session to the channels you choose, and each gifter can be muted or given its own coin floor.

Coverage is the limit to keep in mind: Toktik only sees gifters in rooms it already polls — your watched creators' LIVEs and the ranked/live pool. An alert that never fires does not prove a gifter stopped gifting.

What Toktik cannot tell you

Toktik does not see a gifter's wallet, their total spend, private messages or anything outside public LIVE rooms. Fan clubs are a separate view (Teams & Clubs): TikTok only exposes the top 100 members by contribution plus the total member count, so a fan club list is never complete. A gifter's level badge is TikTok's own global grade, not a measure of what they gave your host — the gifter levels guide explains it.

Use gifter data to look after your hosts' audience, not to contact viewers behind your hosts' backs. The figures are observations, and every one of them is a minimum.

Worth knowing

Toktik is independent and not affiliated with TikTok. Gifter figures are diamonds observed in the LIVE rooms Toktik polls within the chosen window — a lower bound, never a person's total TikTok spend. Revenue and Earnings are estimates (about $0.01 of gift value per diamond, about half to the creator), not payouts. Names TikTok hides stay hidden.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find the top gifters of a TikTok LIVE host?

Open the host's profile in Toktik (from the Roster, Watchlists, Recruit or Gifters) and look at Top gifters for 24 hours, 7 or 30 days, or the current LIVE. Each gifter shows the coins Toktik observed and their share of the total.

What counts as a whale on Toktik?

A gifter with 100,000 or more diamonds observed in the window you selected. It is a label over the rooms Toktik watches, not a statement about the gifter's total spend.

Are gifter totals on Toktik the real amount spent?

No. They are the diamonds Toktik observed in the LIVE rooms it polls — a minimum. A gifter can spend more in rooms Toktik does not reach.

Can I see which other creators a gifter supports?

Yes. A gifter's history lists every creator they were observed giving to in the window, with a Funding split that shows whether their gifting is concentrated on one creator.

Can Toktik alert me when a gifter joins a LIVE?

With the gifter watchlist (Pro Gifter capability and above), Toktik alerts once per live session when a listed gifter is gifting in a LIVE it covers.

Why do I only see three gifters?

Free and Starter show a creator's top three gifters; Pro and above show every gifter Toktik observed for that creator.
