How to find TikTok LIVE creators to recruit for your agency
Updated October 16, 2026
The creators an agency can still sign are already on TikTok's public boards today: they are earning diamonds, they have not joined a network, and they are under TikTok's limit for joining one. This guide shows how to find them country by country with Toktik's public Recruit pages and the Recruit tool, what each filter really means, and real counts from Vietnam, Romania and Brazil.
Who you are looking for
A creator worth an agency's time is active (they go LIVE and receive gifts often), still free to sign, and below the point where TikTok stops them joining a network. Many agencies work to a limit of 500K diamonds over the last 30 days for a creator joining a network, and Toktik uses it as the default ceiling, counted as a rolling 30 days rather than a calendar month. TikTok decides eligibility, so every list below is a shortlist to check in your Backstage, never a promise.
The fastest place to find active creators is the boards themselves. Daily, League, Hourly, Popular LIVE, Gaming and Shopping boards each show who is earning right now in a region. A creator who appears there has an audience that gifts, which is the hardest thing to build.
Step 1: start with the public Recruit page for your country
Every country with enough creators has a free public page at /recruit/<country>, for example /recruit/vietnam. It counts the creators who are live on a current board of that country right now (Live now), and how many of them are Worth checking: not on the LIVE Pro list and at or under 500K diamonds in the last 30 days. It then lists the first 20 by board score, with bands only (followers and 30-day diamonds), so nobody is named. It needs no account and is rebuilt every few hours.
Here is what three of those pages showed when we read them. The numbers move every few hours, so treat them as a dated example, not a standing figure:
| Country | Live now on a current board | Worth checking | The 20 listed first, by 30-day diamonds band |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vietnam | 411 | 334 | 14 in 200K–500K, 6 in 50K–200K |
| Romania | 800 | 700 | 12 in 200K–500K, 4 in 50K–200K, 4 in 10K–50K |
| Brazil | 447 | 369 | 17 in 200K–500K, 3 in 50K–200K |
What those numbers tell you
Across all 43 board regions at the same moment, 23,354 creators were live on a current board and 20,373 passed those two public filters. In Vietnam it was 334 of 411, in Romania 700 of 800 and in Brazil 369 of 447. In other words, most creators earning on a board at any moment are not LIVE Pro creators and not over the ceiling — the pool is large, and the work is choosing.
The list is ordered by board score, so the first rows sit near the top of the band: in Brazil 17 of the first 20 were already between 200K and 500K diamonds over 30 days. Those creators are the closest to the ceiling and the most contested. Creators further down the list, in the 50K–200K band, often have more room to grow with an agency before they reach it.
All of these figures are observed, a lower bound. They count creators Toktik saw on TikTok's public boards in that region, and 30-day diamonds that Toktik could read or observe — see the last section for what that misses.
Step 2: open the Recruit tool for names and the full pool
The public page is a teaser. The Recruit tool in the app (Recruit, under Products in the menu) shows the whole recruiting pool: creators on any of today's boards in the board region you pick, live now or not, with their handle on the Agency plan. Each row carries the creator's Score today, Diamonds 30d, Followers and a LIVE Pro column, and you can switch between Region cards and a Table. The filters are the ones below:
- Worth checking (on by default): at least 50K diamonds over 30 days and at least 4 days of TikTok's own numbers — the same rules as the Recruit digest. It hides creators too small or too new to judge.
- Exclude LIVE Pro: hides creators seen in TikTok's LIVE Pro directory. A "—" means not seen in the directory, which is a rotating feed, not a full census.
- Diamond ceiling (30 days): every creator is labelled Under, Check in Backstage or Over against your ceiling, 500K by default.
- New only: creators who just entered a board.
- Minimum followers: keeps only creators whose follower count Toktik knows and that meet the minimum.
- Live status (All / Live / Offline), and sort by Best to recruit, Diamonds 30d, Score today, Followers or Rank.
Step 3: read the 30-day diamonds the right way
Diamonds 30d is an estimate over the last 30 board days of the creator's region, today so far included. For each day it takes TikTok's own board number (Daily or League) or the gifts Toktik saw in the rooms it polls, whichever is larger. Open a creator's last 30 days to see each day: which days have TikTok's sealed number, which are only gifts Toktik saw, and which are off the boards.
That is why the ceiling has three states. Under means even the most the creator could have earned is at or under your ceiling — high confidence, not a guarantee. Over means the estimate alone is above it. Check in Backstage covers everything else, usually a creator with days that have no TikTok number. Those are signals, not a verdict: confirm in your Backstage before you message anyone.
Step 4: shortlist, contact and keep track
Copy the handles you want with Copy all, check eligibility in your TikTok Backstage, then record what happened. On the Agency plan each creator gets a Mark — Checked, Eligible, Ineligible, Contacted or Signed — so your team does not contact the same person twice; the Pipeline tab lists every marked creator with who it is assigned to and a follow-up date, and Also add to your Roster moves a signed creator into your roster. Export downloads the pool you are looking at as CSV or, on higher plans, XLSX. If you would rather not check every day, the Recruit digest (Agency plan) sends new creators worth checking on a schedule — every 6 or 12 hours, daily or weekly — to email, Telegram, Discord or a webhook; by email, everyone beyond the names in the message is in an attached Excel file.
What the data cannot see
A creator who never reaches a board in your region does not appear in Recruit. Boards stop at the top 99 rows, so creators near the cut-off flicker in and out. On a day a creator is off every board, the estimate holds only the gifts Toktik saw; when we compared those observed gifts with TikTok's Daily score on 8 October 2026, they were a median of about 86% of it, and often much less for smaller creators. So the estimate is usually low, and a creator labelled Check in Backstage may already be over the ceiling. TikTok's Backstage is the final word.
Toktik is independent and not affiliated with TikTok, and it does not decide or guarantee eligibility. The counts in the table were read from Toktik's public Recruit pages on 15 October 2026, 22:35 UTC; they are observed figures, a lower bound, and change every few hours. Diamonds 30d is Toktik's estimate from TikTok's board numbers and the gifts it saw, not TikTok's total. Gift collection began on 17 September 2026.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find TikTok LIVE creators to recruit?
On TikTok's public boards for your country. Toktik's free /recruit/<country> pages count the creators live on a current board and how many are worth checking, and the Recruit tool in the app lists them by name on the Agency plan.
What does worth checking mean on the public Recruit page?
A creator live on a current board right now who is not on the LIVE Pro list and has earned 500K diamonds or less over the last 30 days we observed. In the app, the Worth checking filter also asks for at least 50K diamonds over 30 days and at least 4 days of TikTok's own numbers.
Is the 500K diamonds limit per calendar month?
Toktik treats it as a rolling 30 days: Diamonds 30d is the last 29 closed board days plus today so far. TikTok decides eligibility, so confirm in your LIVE Backstage.
How accurate is the 30-day diamonds figure?
It is an estimate and a lower bound. Days with TikTok's own board number are close to exact; days off every board count only the gifts Toktik saw, which were a median of about 86% of TikTok's Daily score in a comparison on 8 October 2026 and often less for small creators.
Does Toktik tell me who is already in an agency?
No. Toktik cannot see which network a creator belongs to. Recruit shows LIVE Pro status where it has read the directory; whether a creator can join you has to be checked in your Backstage.
How often are the Recruit numbers updated?
The public pages are rebuilt every few hours. The app reads today's boards as they update; each figure shows when it was observed.
