How to track your hosts' diamonds and live hours

Updated October 16, 2026

Once a creator signs, the questions change: is this host still going LIVE, are their diamonds holding up, and who on the team should call them this week? This guide walks through Toktik's Roster — the 7, 30 and 90-day figures for each host, the live time Toktik observed, health and alerts, and the export and weekly report — and says plainly what each number is and is not.

Set up the Roster

The Roster is a tab in Watchlists (Creators, Roster, Gifters) and is part of the Agency plan. A host is simply a creator you watch with a signed flag, so every host also appears on the Creators tab. Add hosts with Add host (a TikTok @handle, the date they signed, an optional note, owner, follow-up date and contract end date), pick them from your Creators tab, import a list, or tick Also add to your Roster when you mark a creator Signed in Recruit. Live check can also add a list of handles as hosts in one step.

Toktik starts recording a host when you add them. Live time and gifts are only known from that day on (the Roster says since which day), and a health score appears after 14 days of data, so add your hosts early rather than on the day you need a report.

Diamonds over 7, 30 and 90 days

At the top of the Roster, choose the window: 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. For that window each host shows the diamonds Toktik observed (labelled Observed · minimum), how that compares with the previous window of the same length (up vs previous window or down vs previous window), a small daily chart, and how many of the days in the window had gifts. The window counts closed UTC days only — today is not counted yet — and the summary above the list adds up all active hosts.

Read the label literally. These are diamonds observed from the LIVE rooms Toktik polls: a minimum, not TikTok's figure. A host who streams in rooms Toktik does not reach, or receives gifts while Toktik is not looking, will show less than their real total. For TikTok's own daily board number, open the host's profile: its last 30 board days show TikTok's sealed number wherever the host was on a board.

  • 7 days: the fastest view of a change — a missed week shows here first.
  • 30 days: the window that matches how agencies and TikTok talk about monthly results.
  • 90 days: the trend. A 90-day window can say it covers fewer days than 90 when Toktik has not been recording the host that long.

Observed live time

The Live · observed column shows how long Toktik saw each host live in the window, how many days that was spread over and the average per day, or No live seen when it saw none. It comes from a check that looks about once a minute, so a stream shorter than that can be missed: the figure is a minimum, never TikTok's LIVE duration. Use it to see who keeps a schedule and who has gone quiet, not to settle hours owed under a contract.

If a host says they streamed and the Roster shows nothing, check the host's handle first (a renamed account is a common cause), then compare with what the host sees in their own LIVE Backstage.

League class, health and the Today list

The League column shows the host's current class and rank, or Outside top 99 when they are below the top 99 of their class or not yet charted. Health compares each host with their own last 28 days and puts them in a band — Healthy, Watch, At risk, New or Not scored; Why lists the reasons, such as observed diamonds down against the host's usual, no gifts observed for several days, or a League class drop. Filters narrow the list to Needs attention, Follow-up due, Contract ends ≤ 30d or the hosts assigned to you (Mine).

The Today panel turns all of that into a short list of hosts that need action, most urgent first. Log contact records that you spoke to a host and hides them from Today for a few days; nothing is sent to the host.

Alerts and the weekly report

Host alerts send you a message instead of making you look. There are three: Host at risk (health turns At risk, with the reasons), League change (the class changes between two closed days) and Diamond threshold (a host's observed diamonds for the last closed day reach your number). They are judged once a day after the UTC day closes, not in real time, and paused or left hosts are never alerted. Delivery channels are in-app, email, Telegram, Discord and webhook.

Every Monday (UTC) the workspace owner also gets a weekly report by email: total diamonds observed, top and bottom hosts, hosts at risk and what needs follow-up, with a CSV attached. Toktik also reminds you 30 and 7 days before each contract end date you type in; it never reads contracts.

Export the numbers

Export on the Roster downloads your hosts for the window you chose, as CSV or XLSX. Each row carries the host's status and dates, health band, observed diamonds for the window and the change against the previous one, observed live minutes and live days with the date recording started, League class and rank, and — if you set a commission % for the host — the estimated agency and host shares. Exporting in the app is free.

Keep the column names with the file. A spreadsheet that drops "observed" from the header is how a minimum turns into a promise in a meeting.

Worth knowing

Toktik is independent and not affiliated with TikTok. Roster diamonds are gifts observed in the LIVE rooms Toktik polls and live time comes from a check about once a minute — both are minimums, recorded from the day a host is added, never TikTok's own totals. Commission figures are estimates from the % you enter, not payouts.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track my TikTok LIVE hosts' diamonds?

Add them to the Roster (Watchlists → Roster, Agency plan) and choose 7, 30 or 90 days. Each host shows the diamonds Toktik observed in that window, the change against the previous window and a daily chart.

Can Toktik show how many hours my hosts went LIVE?

It shows observed live time: how long Toktik saw each host live, from a check about once a minute. It is a minimum, not TikTok's LIVE duration, and starts on the day you added the host.

Why are Toktik's diamonds lower than my Backstage?

The Roster counts gifts seen in the LIVE rooms Toktik polls, so it is a minimum. The host's profile shows TikTok's own daily board numbers for the days they were on a board.

How often are host alerts sent?

Once a day, after the UTC day closes. Host at risk, League change and Diamond threshold can go to in-app, email, Telegram, Discord or a webhook.

Can I export my roster?

Yes. Export on the Roster downloads CSV or XLSX for the window you chose, with observed diamonds, live time, League, health and, where you set a %, the commission estimate.

Does Toktik see my hosts' payouts or contracts?

No. It reads public boards and the LIVE rooms it watches. Commission figures come from the % you type in; contract dates are the ones you enter.
