For LIVE agencies
Run a TikTok LIVE agency on data you can show
Toktik gives a LIVE agency one place to watch its roster's boards, see which gifters carry a room, find new creators by region and keep the evidence behind a payout conversation. It works from public TikTok boards, so you see what the audience and the rankings saw, not private payout figures.

Find creators worth signing, country by country
Recruit lists the creators on TikTok's current LIVE boards in a country, with an estimate of their diamonds over the last 30 days, whether they are LIVE now and whether they already hold the LIVE Pro badge.
- “Worth checking”, Exclude LIVE Pro, New only and a diamond ceiling (500K by default)
- A Recruit digest of new names by email, with the list attached as a spreadsheet
See how every signed host is doing, in one table
Mark the creators you manage as signed hosts. The Roster shows who is LIVE, observed diamonds over 7, 30 or 90 days, League class, observed LIVE time and a health score against each host's own last 28 days.
- Healthy, Watch or At risk — always with the reasons
- A commission estimate from the % you type, labelled as a minimum
Know who actually carries a room
See the biggest gifters in the rooms Toktik watches and which creators each one backs. One gifter sending most of a host's diamonds is a risk worth knowing about before they leave.
- Gifter boards worldwide and by region
- Sums are observed minimums — never a person's total spend
Hear about a slipping host before the month ends
Every signed host is checked once per closed UTC day. You hear when one reaches At risk, changes League class or crosses a diamond threshold you set — in the app, by email, on Telegram, Discord or a webhook.
One Monday email with the whole roster
Every Monday the agency owner gets one email: roster totals, who grew, who slipped and who needs a call. Nothing to open.
Bring numbers to the talk, not screenshots
On a paid plan, export rankings, gifter boards and your Roster as a spreadsheet (XLSX or CSV). The file carries the filters you were looking at, and the Roster export lists only your signed hosts.

What Toktik does not do
Toktik reads public TikTok boards on a schedule. It cannot see your creators' payouts, your contracts or anything private, and a masked name on a public board stays masked. A commission figure on the Roster is an estimate from the % you type, never a payout. Figures are the diamonds observed on public boards, so TikTok's real number can be higher, and health needs about three weeks of history (the last 7 days plus at least 14 earlier days) before it scores a host. How the data is collected.
Frequently asked questions
Can Toktik show what my creators earn?
No. Toktik sees public board scores, which are diamonds counted on the boards it watches. It cannot see payouts, agency splits or contracts, and its dollar figures on public pages are labelled estimates. Where the Roster shows a commission figure, you type the % your agency keeps per host and Toktik shows an estimate of your share. It is built from the diamonds Toktik observes and the % you enter, so it is a minimum, not what you are paid.
Who can use the Roster?
The Roster, host health and host alerts are part of the Agency plan. Watchlists themselves are on every plan, so you can start by following your creators and add the Roster when you want one table for your signed hosts.
How long before a host gets a health score?
About three weeks of observed history: the last 7 days plus at least 14 earlier days. Until then the host shows as New rather than a guess. After that, health compares the host with their own last 28 days and lists the reasons next to the band.
Why can a figure on the Roster differ from another page?
The Roster counts closed UTC days, up to the end of yesterday, so a day still in progress is not in it. A rolling 24h or 7d figure elsewhere in the app includes today so far, which means the two can differ. The Roster card names the dates it used.
Which regions are covered?
The regions TikTok publishes boards for and Toktik has collected. Coverage is stated on the methodology page, region by region, rather than implied.
Can I track only my own creators?
Yes. Add the creators you manage to a watchlist and follow just their boards and sessions. Watchlists are on every plan.
Is Toktik affiliated with TikTok?
No. Toktik is independent and not affiliated with TikTok. Its data comes from public boards and the agency catalog TikTok publishes.
Does Toktik rate or recommend agencies?
No. The agency directory shows what each agency published on TikTok and Toktik does not rate, rank or verify any of them.
