Start with the creators worth a conversation
Worth checking keeps the creators with at least 50K estimated diamonds over 30 days and at least 4 days with TikTok's own number, best to recruit first. Each one is measured against a diamond ceiling (500K by default, change it to yours) and labelled Under, Check in Backstage or Over.

Track who you checked, contacted and signed
Mark a creator Checked, Eligible, Ineligible, Contacted or Signed and add a note. Pipeline lists every mark with a count per stage, shared by everyone in your workspace, so the team sees who has already been contacted. Signed creators can go straight into your Roster.

Get new names delivered, best first
Save the filters you use as a digest. Every 12 hours, daily or weekly, Toktik sends the creators worth checking who are new since the last one — by email with the whole list attached as an Excel file, or on Telegram, Discord, a webhook or in the app.

What Toktik does not do
Recruit only knows creators who appear on the TikTok LIVE boards Toktik reads — a creator who never makes a board is not in the pool. The 30-day diamonds are an estimate built from TikTok's sealed board numbers and the gifts Toktik saw: never a payout, and never TikTok's decision on whether a creator can join an agency — always confirm in Backstage. How do I find TikTok LIVE creators to recruit?
Open Recruit, pick a country and keep “Worth checking” on: it lists the creators on that country's current LIVE boards with at least 50K estimated diamonds over 30 days and at least 4 days with TikTok's own number, best to recruit first. Check each one in your TikTok Backstage before you reach out.
Does Toktik tell me if a creator can join my agency?
No. Only TikTok decides that, in Backstage. Toktik compares a creator's 30-day diamond estimate with the ceiling you set (500K by default) and labels them Under, Check in Backstage or Over, so you know whom to check first.
Where do the 30-day diamonds come from?
From TikTok's sealed board numbers on the days a creator was on a board, plus the gifts Toktik saw in their LIVE rooms. Each estimate says how many of the 30 days come from TikTok's own number. It is never a payout.
Why is a creator I know missing?
Recruit only lists creators who appear on the TikTok LIVE boards Toktik reads. A creator who has not reached a board in the window is not in the pool yet.
Can I get new creators by email?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Save your filters as a Recruit digest and choose every 12 hours, daily or weekly. The email lists the new creators worth checking and attaches the whole list as an Excel file; Telegram, Discord, webhooks and the in-app bell work too.
Is Recruit free?
The Recruit country pages are free and need no account (counts and ranges, no handles). In the app every plan sees the pool with handles hidden; handles, marks, Pipeline and the digest are on the Agency plan.
