A watchlist is your mini-CRM for the roster you care about: a live badge (~30s poll), current rank, gifts-received per window, whale intel and each creator's top gifter — all in one place. Available on every plan.

How it works

  1. Add creators one at a time

    In the toolbar, use Add creator: it searches the catalog as you type and also accepts a raw @handle. Handles must be 2 to 24 letters, numbers, dots or underscores, and a creator already on the list is rejected. The counter shows how many slots you have used, such as 12 / 25.

  2. Bulk-import with Import

    Click Import, then paste handles separated by commas, spaces or new lines, or upload a .csv or .txt file. A preview marks each handle as new, already tracked or invalid, and only new handles that fit your free slots are sent. Up to 500 are imported per request, and new creators enrich in the background.

  3. Read the cards and the Overview strip

    The Overview strip shows Live now, Diamonds, Est. earnings and Whales for the whole list, switchable between 24h, 7d and 30d. Each card shows a live badge, rank, Gifts received for the chosen window, and the Top whale, with Intel and Alert buttons.

  4. Filter, sort and switch density

    Filter chips are All, Live now, Has whale, plus one chip per region on your list. Sort by Live first (default), Rank, Gifts, Whale or Recent, and switch between Card grid and Dense table. Intel opens who funds that creator, and Alert opens a rule pre-filled with them.

Frequently asked questions

How many creators can I add to a watchlist?

The limit depends on your plan: 25 on Free, 100 on Starter, 250 on Pro, 500 on Scale and 2,000 on Agency. The cap only blocks adding new creators, and a downgrade never removes creators already on your list.

How often does the live badge update?

The list checks liveness about every 30 seconds, so a creator who goes live moves up under the default Live first sort without a page reload. It is based on what Toktik last observed, not a guarantee of the exact second.

Why are the gift totals blurred on my watchlist?

Free plans do not receive whole-window gift totals, so the Diamonds, Est. earnings and Whales figures show a blurred placeholder with an unlock chip. Starter and above see them, and Live now still works on Free.

What do Diamonds and Est. earnings mean on a watchlist?

Diamonds are gifts observed in watched rooms in the selected window, so they are a lower bound, not everything a creator received. Est. earnings are an estimate of the creator's share, roughly half of gift value at about $0.01 per diamond, not a settled payout.
