Export your data with provenance

Export packages any board, gifter window or your roster to CSV or XLSX (XLSX on higher tiers), each row carrying where and when it was observed. In-app export is free; the same data is metered through the API.

How it works

  1. Open Export and pick a dataset

    The Export page opens on Rankings, with Gifters and Creator roster beside it. For Rankings choose a Board and a Region from the same lists the Rankings page offers. A Lookup-only workspace lands on Creator roster, because Rankings and Gifters need the Live module.

  2. Set the observation window

    Gifters exports have an Observation window of Today, 7 days or 30 days. Rankings and roster exports have no window control. The gifter figures are observed diamonds in rooms Toktik watched, so they are a lower bound, not a creator's total.

  3. Choose CSV or XLSX and download

    The page shows one card per format your plan allows: CSV from Starter and XLSX from Scale. Free sees an Export isn't included on your plan message. Click Export CSV or Export XLSX and the file downloads straight away.

  4. Export from other screens and read it

    LIVE Pro, Recruit, Teams and the Whale intel window have their own Export buttons that carry their current filters. Estimated revenue and earnings columns are estimates. CSV keeps machine-friendly column names, while XLSX uses readable headings for the same data.

Frequently asked questions

Is exporting from the Toktik app free?

Yes. Exporting in the app costs no credits. The same export through the Developer API is metered at 2,500 credits per export.

Which plans can export CSV and XLSX?

Free has no export. CSV starts on Starter, and XLSX is added from Scale, which also includes CSV. Your Export page shows only the formats your plan allows.

Does an export reveal hidden creator names?

No. Exports go through the same view as your plan, so names and handles that are hidden on screen stay hidden in the file. Upgrading the plan changes what both the screen and the export show.

What datasets can I export?

Rankings for a chosen board and region, Gifters over Today, a 7-day or a 30-day window, and your Creator roster. More exports are available from their own screens: the LIVE Pro directory, Recruit, Teams and Clubs, Whale intel for one creator, and a single gifter's funded creators.
