All 18 classes from A1 to D5, explained

Reviewed

The League is a tiered competition for TikTok LIVE creators. It has 18 classes: A1, A2 and A3 at the top, then B1 to B5, C1 to C5 and D1 to D5, where D5 is the entry class. Within a class, creators are ranked by the diamonds they receive, which is the value of the LIVE gifts sent to them during the competition phase.

Between phases creators are promoted or relegated across classes. Agencies describe the movement as driven by fragments earned through daily placement, which is covered in its own entry. TikTok decides who is in which class, so a class is a result of past performance, not something a creator can apply for.

The League is published per region. A class appears on Toktik only once we have observed a public board for it, so a region's League page can be thin for a while. That is a gap in what we have observed, and we leave it empty rather than estimating.

A League board is a gift-value ranking inside a tier. It is not a measure of followers or income, and the numbers overlap between classes: a creator in a lower class can have earned more diamonds this period than one a class above, because creators move between classes over time. Compare scale, do not read the classes as a strict ladder.

Toktik shows two views of the League. The region League pages list who is in each class right now, and the League requirements page shows how many diamonds the creators at ranks 1, 10, 50 and 99 of each class had earned in the current period, so you can compare how competitive each class and region is.

Questions

How many classes are there in the TikTok LIVE League?

Eighteen: A1 to A3, B1 to B5, C1 to C5 and D1 to D5. A1 is the top class and D5 the entry class.

Is a League class the same as a gifter level?

No. A League class ranks creators by the gifts they receive. A gifter level describes how much a viewer has spent on gifts.
