How plans, modules & credits work

Toktik is sold as modules (Live, Lookup Data, or the cheaper Bundle) with tiers layered on top. This guide explains what you actually get at each level, and how the metered API credit currency is counted.

How it works

  1. Pick a module: Live, Bundle or Lookup

    Open Plans and use the Module switch to choose Live, Bundle or Lookup. Live covers monitoring, rankings, gifter intel and alerts; Lookup covers any-account profile, video, comment and follower data; Bundle is both on one credit wallet. Each module has its own price row for every tier.

  2. Compare tiers in the ladder and matrix

    The tier ladder lists Free, Starter, Pro, Scale and Agency with monthly prices (for example Live is $15 at Starter and $39 at Pro). Below it, Compare tiers marks each capability with a check or a dash, and every row reflects a limit the server enforces: history window, seats, watchlist size, export formats and unmasking.

  3. Estimate credits before you buy

    The cost calculator and the Credit costs table show how operations are counted. A cached read is 1 credit, a live refresh or profile resolve is 1,250, an export is 2,500, and a follow-list walk is 4,000. Your monthly credit allotment equals requests per day times 30.

  4. Upgrade or top up through hosted checkout

    Choose a tier to open checkout, which is hosted so your card never touches the app. If you only need more credits mid-cycle, use Top up credits: packs are $10 for 500,000, $40 for 2,500,000 and $150 for 12,000,000 credits. Billing then shows your remaining balance and where credits went.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the Bundle save compared with buying Live and Lookup separately?

The Bundle is always priced below the two modules added together: $18 instead of $20 at Starter, $45 instead of $58 at Pro, $115 instead of $128 at Scale, and $279 instead of $328 at Agency. Both modules also draw from one shared credit wallet.

What tier do I need to unmask leaderboard names?

Pro unmasks the standard leaderboards, Scale unmasks League boards, and Agency unmasks Gaming boards. On any tier below the unlock level you still see the top 3 rows in full, with the rest masked.

What happens when I run out of credits?

API requests stop with a 402 when credits are gone, and rate-limited requests get a 429 with a Retry-After. You can wait for the next cycle, buy a top-up pack, or move up a tier.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Subscription credits reset each cycle. Top-up credits you paid for stay on your balance until you spend them, and the wallet spends the expiring subscription credits first.
